Tour guide Milton was friendly, experienced and shared many interesting information during the ride about the places we were going. Worth it as you get to see different places and especially the Grand Canyon West. Amazing view.★

I liked the view. The guide was rude and rather than helping a beginner on the horse had very rude comments. He made the experience very difficult to enjoy and it seems like he is miserable at doing his job. Comments like "You signed up for thism A six year old can ride the horse. " Asking if I had a husband or boyfriend to describe holding on the reins was inappropriate. I stated I was a beginner and the instructions were directed poorly for someone who is nervous about falling off the horse.Trip.com Picks
