[JR PASS Kansai Wide Area Pass 5-Day Ticket] Present your received e-ticket and passport with a short-term visa at the designated redemption location to exchange for a physical ticket. Use the physical ticket for travel by swiping it at the gate (you can select the start date when exchanging).

 

Reserved seat tickets can be booked at JR ticket machines (green ticket machines) or at the station ticket office.

 

Reservation successful for [5-Day JR PASS Kansai & Hiroshima Area Rail Pass]. The platform will send a reservation confirmation to the guest's email address. Please use the received verification code or QR code, along with the booker's passport, to exchange for the physical ticket at designated station ticket machines. After successfully exchanging for the physical ticket, proceed directly to the automatic ticket gate for use.

Reservation successful. The platform will send a reservation confirmation to the email address provided during booking. Please use the received verification code or QR code, along with the booker's passport, to exchange for the physical ticket at designated station ticket machines or counters (Midori-no-Madoguchi counters). After successfully exchanging for the physical ticket, proceed directly to the automatic ticket gate for use.

 

[Okayama Enjoy Pass 1 Week Free Pass] After booking, travelers will receive a PDF file in their inbox. During your visit, please present the QR code or redeem the ticket at the facility.

 

Each facility can only be used once; re-entry to the same facility is not permitted.

 

Ticket validity: Valid for 7 days starting from the first facility scan. Example: If used on July 1, validity period is July 1–7.

 

Available facilities: 3 facilities can be used within the validity period

 

Note: When purchasing multiple tickets at once, once one ticket is used, all remaining tickets will be activated simultaneously (valid for 7 days).

 

Once activated, the 7-day validity period cannot exceed the ticket's expiration date.

 

Example: If the ticket validity period is July 1–September 28 and the ticket is scanned and activated on September 27, its usage period will be September 27–28.
