1. Visitors are required to arrive at the ticket office 30 min in advance for ticket collection and entry.
2. Each adult ticket allows for one child under 1.4m in height to enter for free (children cannot occupy seats).
3. Due to the intense effects in certain performance areas, individuals with conditions such as hypertension or heart disease are not recommended to attend. Those under the influence of alcohol are also advised against attending. Children under the age of 7 are not recommended for viewing.
4. Please cooperate with the security check. Flammable and explosive items are strictly prohibited. Liquids and pets are not allowed inside the venue.
5. Due to the special nature of performance seating and time slots, the merchant's customer support will contact you to issue tickets after placing an order. Please keep your phone accessible. In case of sold-out performances or time slot changes, rescheduling or cancellation can be arranged. Late arrivals or no-shows will result in automatic ticket invalidation, and our company assumes no responsibility (please consider carefully before booking).
6. As the performance venue is located far from the city center, we recommend arriving at the theater 30 minutes in advance to wait for admission. Please do not miss the visiting time. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by invalidated admission tickets due to phone shutdown or unreachable status, and no cancellation will be permitted.
