• Service is available for booking starting from one person, with the maximum number of companions based on the package details. The activity does not involve joining other travelers, and one driver serves one family/individual/organization.

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues severe weather warnings or work suspension warnings (including Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above) within 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time, the activity will be canceled with full refund to the original payment account. • The package includes all travel expenses with no additional fees required, except for visits to specially requested locations (contact customer support for details).

• Starting from December 1, 2017, due to policy requirements, passengers traveling between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province via Huanggang Port or Shenzhen Bay Port must disembark for border clearance. When going through customs, all luggage and personal belongings must be carried by passengers, as drivers are not permitted to transport passenger luggage across the border. If opting for a private charter between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province, there may be instances where passengers need to change vehicles after customs clearance depending on the current border crossing traffic and transportation capacity (this will not affect normal service usage).

• If departure is delayed due to inability to contact the customer or other reasons, an additional service fee will be charged (contact customer support for details).

• One-way rides will follow the driver's planned route. Any stops, waiting, temporary route changes, or destination changes during the trip require confirmation and communication with the travel concierge. Other situations will incur corresponding change fees.

• If the destination cannot be reached due to transportation or environmental factors (such as mountains, forests, islands, sea, uninhabited areas, or vehicle restrictions), the driver will drop you off at the nearest suitable location based on the situation.

• Service hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm (excluding holidays), with additional fees applicable outside these hours (please contact customer support for details).

• Please provide your hotel address in the remarks when placing the order to facilitate the driver's pick-up service. For safety reasons, please fasten your seat belt during the ride.

• This product offers English service. If needed, please contact customer support to make a note.

• This product does not accept personal reasons such as expired ID or inability to enter the country as grounds for free cancellation. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration will be reserved to ensure your trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation policy on the booking page and pay the corresponding penalty fee.

• VIP guests must carefully read the product details, descriptions, booking terms, and cancellation policies when placing an order. By completing payment and booking, you automatically agree to the product terms. Complaints based on "I didn't notice," "You didn't remind me," or "The notice wasn't obvious" will not be accepted. In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, scenic environment, etc.), these cannot be used as grounds for complaints or negative reviews based on unmet expectations.
