My guide was Xiao Yang!! She was so kind and took great pictures, making it a truly satisfying tour. The food and tea she recommended at Ilwol Dam were delicious!! It was also incredibly convenient to have her pick me up at my hotel and drop me off wherever I wanted! Next time, I'd love to work with her again!★

Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed.
The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day.
Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too.
Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.★
