Aged 14 or above and 1.5m in height or above, or aged 18–64 can purchase adult tickets.
Each adult or senior can bring only 1 child under 1.2m in height or under 6 years old for free. Free children must be booked in advance. Any additional children beyond the limit require purchasing a child ticket.
Train tickets are purchased under a real-name system, with one ticket per person. Please provide accurate and valid passenger information when placing your order.
(4) Tickets are only valid for the scheduled departure on the same day. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Please plan your travel time wisely to ensure a smooth journey.
Children under 1.2m in height or under 6 years old must be registered with the merchant in advance to reserve a spot, otherwise they will not be allowed to board the bridge.
On the day of travel, passengers must present the original valid resident ID card or original valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents to redeem and enter the gate (guests with Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents should use the manual channel, thank you!). All IDs must be within their expiration date.
[7] If you are unable to board the vehicle or bridge due to personal reasons such as arriving late, failing to bring ID, or not reporting accompanied children, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.
