Gold Coast Pink Hot Air Balloon Ride with Go Ballooning (Includes Photos & Videos)

1. While seat information is accurate at the time of booking, seat assignments may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend contacting us within 24 hours after booking to reconfirm your seat.

2. The safety of hot air balloon rides depends on suitable weather conditions. Additionally, flights may be subject to mechanical performance or staffing availability. If Go Ballooning deems the weather conditions unsuitable or unsafe, the flight will be canceled. Similarly, the hot air balloon ride may be postponed if the minimum passenger requirement is not met.

3. In rare cases, the crew may determine the flight quality to be unsatisfactory. This could be due to a shorter-than-normal flight duration or poor visibility. The crew may offer all passengers a complimentary reflight. Any complimentary reflight is only available to passengers originally booked on that flight and is non-transferable.

4. If the flight is canceled by Go Ballooning and passengers are unable to be rebooked on another flight, Go Ballooning will provide a full refund.

5. If your hot air balloon ride is canceled by us due to weather conditions, we will notify you, and you can rebook anytime within 12 months. All flights will be confirmed around 7 PM the night before.

6. Please note that the hot air balloon ride activity is highly weather-dependent, and multiple attempts may be required for a successful flight.

7. If you fail to board the flight for any reason, you will lose the entire flight ticket cost. Once confirmed, no refund will be issued.

8. You are responsible for ensuring you have received the flight booking confirmation details. If you have not received this information, please notify the Go Ballooning Australia office immediately before the flight date. You are also required to check in the evening before your flight following the procedures outlined in the confirmation email and SMS.

9. For safety reasons, you agree to follow the pilot and ground crew's instructions, comply with local codes of conduct, and always act wisely and prudently. You also agree that Go Ballooning Australia, its owners, managers, and employees shall not be held liable for any losses and/or damages caused by any actions or negligence by you or any member of your group. During the service, no member of your group shall be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or take any medication that may impair judgment under any circumstances.

10. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by the physiological characteristics of hot air ballooning, please consult your doctor. You agree that Go Ballooning, its owners, managers, and employees shall not be liable for any health-related incidents occurring during or after the service.

11. Passengers are responsible for the risks associated with their personal carry-on items.

12. Hot air ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity. Go Ballooning Australia is not responsible for any clothing damage. The weather can get cooler after sunrise, so please bring a jacket and avoid wearing white clothing.

13. Unfortunately, due to the high number of hot air balloon landing activities, it is not suitable for pregnant women to ride.

14. It is recommended to wear comfortable walking or hiking attire with closed-toe shoes. We suggest bringing a jacket, hat, sunglasses, and a camera.

15. Passengers who have participated in daytime or night diving the day before a hot air balloon ride should consult a certified diving instructor to determine if it's safe to join the balloon flight.

16. If the flight is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to any of the above factors, Go Ballooning will pause payment and offer alternative dates. If your flight is canceled due to severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible to rebook. Go Ballooning is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, inconvenience, or other costs or losses incurred due to trip cancellations. International, interstate, and domestic travelers should consider the possibility of short-notice trip cancellations.
