If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

The Guanfu Banquet features dance and music performances during the dining experience. To ensure a premium experience for all guests, we recommend children aged 4 and above attend with parental supervision. Infants and children under 4 years old are not recommended to join as it may disturb their rest.
Children's seats follow the adult's ticket type. If an adult purchases a VIP seat, the child will also have a VIP seat. If an adult purchases an ordinary seat, the child will also have an ordinary seat.
Guests who wish to experience Hanfu costumes and makeup are advised to arrive approximately 60 minutes in advance.
If the booking is successful but the banquet cannot proceed normally due to force majeure factors such as severe natural disasters, earthquakes, or floods, "Guan Fu Banquet" will refund the full amount.
