During the off-peak season, urgent orders with a 3-hour notice can be accommodated. For peak season travel, please place your order at least 1-2 days in advance. An additional fee of 65 CNY applies for hotel transfers west of Bangkok (bounded by the Chao Phraya River). A surcharge of 65 CNY also applies for hotel transfers in suburban areas south of Pattaya (please contact customer support for details).

1. In case of any flight delay or cancellation, please notify us before the flight departure. If you fail to notify us or notify us too late, resulting in the driver's extended waiting time, the driver will no longer wait and the airport pick-up service will be considered completed with no refund. Please be advised.

2. Waiting duration: The driver will wait for you for 2 hours starting from the flight's landing time (please notify us in advance if your flight is delayed). If you do not show up within the waiting time and fail to contact us, the driver will no longer wait and consider the airport pick-up service completed with a full loss (no refund). If you need the driver to continue waiting, an overtime fee of 200 THB per hour will apply, with any duration less than 1 hour charged as a full hour.

3. Suburban Hotel Notice: For some hotels located too far away, an additional out-of-area fee may be applied on top of the standard suburban hotel rates. Whether extra charges are required will be notified separately.

4. We are not responsible for visa-on-arrival denials, deportations, detentions, or other situations caused by personal reasons.

After placing your booking, please contact customer support and provide the required documents. Your booking will be invalid if the documents are not provided.
