If you have chosen a same-day ticket (without a designated boat company), please go directly to the VIP lounge at Sanur Harbor with your Ctrip order number to exchange your ticket. The staff at the lounge will assist you with the arrangements. Please arrive at the Blue Trip designated VIP lounge 45 minutes in advance.
