This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.★

The trip went very well. The weather was perfect. Lily is the best toor guide. She is very considerate of our safety and make sure we meet our needs, not get lost in our free time in every attraction we visited. She is very cheerful and willing to start a conversation with interesting information. I sat with the her during the tour and got the very front seat. It was amazing. I can take many great photos. We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.★

Mandy is a great tour guide, keeping everyone in check, we joined her tour on 12 January and also on 14 January, and she was great on both days. The weather was bad, so trip to Ningle Terrace was cancelled but Mandy apologized and gave us more time at other locations. Overall a memorable experience and convenient to travel with tour compared to DIY as no need to worry about transportation. The scenery was too beautiful!★

Trip runs smoothly & we'll organise by friendly tour leader (Oscar). Fun to see beautiful animals such as polar bear, penguins, chimpanzee etc at the zoo. Great & beautiful view at blue pond & Shirahige Falls, worth to visit. Buffet lunch also yummy, especially cantaloupe, sweet & juicy.★

This Hokkaido day trip far exceeded my expectations!
Itinerary Design: The itinerary connecting Asahikawa Zoo, Nanaseki Tree, Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls was very well-planned, compact yet not rushed, with just the right amount of time spent at each attraction.
Guide Service: Vivi was enthusiastic and professional, patiently answering all our questions and even proactively helping us take group photos, greatly enhancing the experience.
Value for Money: Lunch at a local restaurant cost only 1500 yen per person, with authentic food and generous portions.
The efficiency of a group tour is definitely much higher than independent travel; there was no need to worry about transportation connections at all. Five stars!
