Booking Instructions

This product is a direct shuttle service between Dali/Lijiang and Shaxi (or Shaxi to Dali/Lijiang). Vehicle options include 5-seat SUVs and 7-seat business vans. The service does not include guided tours or companionship - you'll be free to explore upon arrival at your destination. Departures from Dali to Shaxi operate on a rolling schedule daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while departures from Lijiang to Shaxi run from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with hourly departures. After booking, simply inform customer support of your preferred departure time.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
