Kotor Bay is simply stunning, one of the most beautiful places on the planet for sure. Would recommend a private tour over the bus if traveling with the family or friends. It’s easier and faster for sure and gives you more freedom. Also the tour guide in Kotor was mediocre at best and unless you were standing just next to her you could hear much with 40-45 people in the group. Audio guides would be definitely helpful. ★

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday with good friends. We often travel together around Europe, usually organizing everything ourselves. This time, we decided to hire a guide, and we were incredibly fortunate to have the best one. Our trip to Croatia, with a side excursion to Montenegro, was truly exceptional, thanks to our outstanding tour guide.
He wasn’t just a typical guide who drives you around; he provided us with in-depth knowledge about Montenegro and shared hidden gems only a local would know. From the fantastic food to must-visit places, he ensured we had a memorable experience. One of the highlights was witnessing the most stunning sunset I’ve ever seen while sipping local wine from Dubrovnik.
