Today's itinerary was decided in a hurry, but the platform made timely arrangements and handled problems on-site promptly and effectively. Our tour guide, A-Jun, provided enthusiastic service throughout the trip, gave comprehensive explanations, and helped us take photos. We were very satisfied with the service. Although it was during the Spring Festival, our trip to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain was relatively relaxed overall, making it suitable for traveling with the elderly and children. We had a very good experience.★
