In case of unexpected situations such as traffic congestion or road restrictions on the day of travel, the driver may arrange for the group to disperse at the nearest feasible location. 6. During holidays, factors like traffic congestion may affect arrival times. The actual arrival time at Siguniangshan may be delayed, so please consider this carefully when booking same-day round-trip tickets.

Booking notices
1. This shuttle bus operates on a "one seat, one ticket" policy. All passengers, including children, must purchase tickets. After booking, please keep your provided phone number accessible so the driver or travel assistant can contact you.
2. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure/unforeseeable factors such as road closures, temporary traffic control, sudden vehicle breakdowns (stranding, mechanical failures, etc.), holiday traffic congestion, road construction, traffic flow control, temporary stops at stations, or other non-subjective factors on our part. In cases of natural disasters such as earthquakes, heavy rain, snowstorms, ice, typhoons, floods, mudslides, or force majeure events like epidemic prevention and control, which result in service suspension or itinerary changes, we will refund the seat fee but assume no further liability.
3. Please arrive at the designated pick-up point in advance. Generally, we do not wait for late passengers, and those who are late will be considered to have forfeited their ride. The seat fee will not be refunded. In case of urgent or special circumstances, please communicate with the driver or concierge service in advance for verification. We may wait at our discretion, but our company will not be responsible for any resulting delays in departure and will not provide additional compensation to other passengers.
