How to Use
- Tokyo BRT 1-day Pass
- When boarding, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to open the e-ticket link attached to the voucher received after booking, show the e-ticket to the attendant (driver), and press the "Use" button.
- * E-tickets can only be used with an internet connection. Please ensure your mobile device has proper network access in advance.
- Please note: Neither photo screenshots nor printed paper vouchers are valid for use.
- If you purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be consumed simultaneously. To use tickets on multiple occasions, please make separate purchases.
- To prevent unauthorized use, when opening the e-ticket in a different environment from the one used during your first access, the system will require OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
- 1. Please enter a valid email address that can receive messages normally, then press send.
- 2. Please check your email for the OTP password email. If you can't find it, it may have been classified as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
- 3. Enter the OTP password from your email on the e-ticket screen and select Confirm. If the password is correct, you'll be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
- Please note: Once the OTP verification is completed, the email address cannot be changed. Make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.
- Tokyo Metro 24-hour Pass
- The QR code voucher provided with this pass is a special exchange voucher for Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway ticket machines. Please use this QR code voucher directly at the traveler-dedicated ticket machines installed at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations to exchange for a physical ticket.

- (Please note that the tourist-exclusive ticket machines are only available at the subway station platforms shown in the legend in the lower right corner. JR and others are not part of the subway system. Please follow the signs or ask staff for directions to the subway platform.)
- ※You can also exchange at the office of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kita-Senju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wakoshi, and Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
- If the departure station does not have a designated ticket machine for travelers, please consult station staff for guidance on how to travel to another station with available ticket machines.
- When using the Tokyo subway pass to explore Tokyo, feel free to download the official Tokyo Metro app to check the subway route map or transfer information anytime.
Validity period
- Tokyo BRT 1-day Pass
- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase (must be used within 3 months).
- Tokyo Metro 24-hour Pass
- Redeemable within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The redeemed ticket is valid for 6 months.
- The valid time will be printed on the ticket after first use when passing through the station gate.
- If you enter the station within the valid time period, you can exit normally even if the validity expires during your journey.
- If the ticket is not used within the validity period indicated on it, it will be considered invalid.
- If you cannot pass through the station gate with the exchanged ticket, please consult the station staff for verification and they will reissue the ticket for you.
Important Notes
- In case of poor weather conditions or other unexpected incidents, facilities may temporarily close or cancel activities. We recommend checking the operating status on each facility's official website before redeeming your ticket.
- Tokyo BRT Luggage Information
- You can bring baggage that meets the following restrictions: total weight not exceeding 10 kg, total volume not exceeding 0.027 cubic meters, and length not exceeding 1 m.
- Tokyo BRT wheelchair and stroller usage information
- You can park wheelchairs and strollers directly in the priority parking area without folding them. If the area is already occupied by other wheelchairs or strollers, or if staff determine that boarding may affect safety due to overcrowding, boarding may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
