The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.

I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.

All good, you can just buy the tickets at the machine at the. boat station machines though. efficient service, make sure you leave enough time though as it takes around an hour as makes a few stops.

It's very easy to activate: select the appropriate menu on the display and scan the QR code. A two-day pass costs €35 on-site. Please note: the price does not include bus or boat travel to or from Marco Polo Airport. Scan the ticket on the screen (pictured) and travel around Venice and all the surrounding islands on a water ferry.

A boat ticket is essential for a trip to Venice, otherwise it's easy to get lost wandering around the city's alleyways. Booking and picking up tickets through Trip.com is very convenient. When boarding the boat, it's crucial to know the boat's number, direction, and dock number. You might as well ask the sailor when boarding to avoid boarding the wrong boat!


