Beautiful experience, long and not heavy trip with a stop both on the way there and on the way back. The places visited are truly wonderful. Amy and Sebastian were very nice and professional. They offered us coffee and biscuits during the journey and for those who wanted a photo in Halstatt with a professional camera, then printed and delivered on the return. For those who had not taken the photo, they gave a postcard, a very nice and appreciated gesture. Very good driver. We thank Amy and Sebastian for this beautiful experience today...keep it up!!!★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.Trip.com Picks
