Good (long) day trip, visiting 3 sites. The ancient city felt a little rushed, buffet lunch was extensive but probably unnecessary. The trip up (and down) lying dragon mountain was spectacular and the river trip in Trang A was serene and beautiful. Our host Luca was friendly and smiling. Our guide on this trip was a college student working part-time, but he completely exceeded our expectations in terms of politeness, attitude, and meticulousness. From the moment we met, he was exceptionally courteous, speaking gently and respectfully, maintaining patience and professionalism throughout, making us feel very comfortable.
Throughout the service, he was very attentive to the itinerary, scheduling, and the needs of the tourists. He proactively coordinated solutions to problems and patiently explained things without being perfunctory or shirking responsibility. His seriousness and sense of responsibility were palpable. It was precisely this sincere yet restrained service attitude that made the entire experience more relaxed and enjoyable.
His performance made me feel that this wasn't just a part-time job, but a serious attitude towards work. Therefore, I proactively gave him a tip after the trip as a way of acknowledging and thanking him for his service. I hope that such a thoughtful, polite, and respectful young person will be seen and recognized by more people.★

Our guide gave us a lot of information. The first 2 visited sites were not so crowdy. Best was Bai Dinh pagoda und trang an.
