We had an amazing experience on the Dharavi tour in Mumbai, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Aarti. From the very beginning, she was kind, polite, and incredibly welcoming.
Aarti showed us many different sides of Dharavi — both the places where people live and the areas where various factories and small businesses operate. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and helped us truly understand how life in Dharavi works.
What made the experience especially memorable was how open and warm she was — she even invited us into her home, which felt very special and personal. Aarti is very well educated, speaks excellent English, and communicates in a way that is easy to understand and engaging.
If you’re thinking about taking a tour in Dharavi, we strongly recommend going with Aarti. This was a very meaningful, interesting, and eye-opening experience.★

Excellent tour by Aryan, a young and professional tour guide. Patient, calm and composed in handling any situation. Polite, friendly, helpful, sincere and kind. It’s really hard to find such a committed and professional tour guide nowadays. He’s down to earth too. He bought me cold drink as the weather was burning and refused to take my money. He spoke good and clear English and explained everything in detailed for the slum and Mumbai sightseeing tour. He’s definitely a gem to the company & I’m sure all the guests will love him. Double thumbs up to Aryan & will engage his service for my future trip!
The driver, Rafik was punctual, picked me up from the hotel timely and drove us safely for the whole day. He’s friendly and professional and has a smiling face same as Aryan. It will be perfect if his car’s AC is cold then I wouldn’t perspire while on the road.
The tour company is also very professional. Replied my WhatsApp and arranged the driver to pick me up from hotel timely although my hotel was not in the preferred hotel list.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service!★

My guide Sharon and driver Deepak were really friendly and made me feel safe as a female solo traveler. They were really patient with me and even customised the tour according to what I wished to see and when. Saw the city at night, and it blew my mind.
