We had a brilliant experience with the company. Messaged me before hand saying what time he would arrive. Arrived on time. Shamraiz took us sand bashing, it was a thrilling experience. My older sister and 17 yr old nephew loved this excursion as part of his birthday treat. Camel riding afterwards, and sand boarding afterwards, I attempted to stand up and sand board. It ended with four different live shows, buffet and unlimited drinks. Free henna and your option of having shisha. You get driven back to your hotel. Worth the money.

The driver, a young Arab man, picked us up at the hotel promptly at 2:30 PM in a 7-seater SUV. Our family of three was picked up along the way, along with two other foreigners. My 1.75-meter-tall son had to stretch his legs diagonally in the last row. Thankfully, the drive only took about 50 minutes. At the rest areas and campsites, many enthusiastic Arabs tried to sell paid services. If you don't want something, be sure to say "NO" immediately. Don't be shy and end up being tricked into buying something. We booked a group tour for a little over 500 RMB per person. Overall, the activity was quite interesting, adding a new dimension to the Dubai desert adventure. The activity ended around 8:30 PM, and the vehicle returned to the hotel. We arrived around 9 PM, showered, and went to bed. The Ctrip customer service provided continuous WeChat support throughout the trip – a big thumbs up! 👍

It was a wonderful day! The safari with Mohammed was fantastic! Mohammed is simply amazing! He drives like a god, knows how to keep the conversation going, and helped take some beautiful photos. We flew over the dunes in a jeep, took lots of photos, ate and drank deliciously, and the show exceeded expectations! Definitely 5/5! Take the safari—you won't regret it!

Had to get because the tourist eSIM that's meant to be free doesn't actually work so it was very convenient to sign up for this at the airport with Trip.com and hassle free and works all over the UAE in particular Abu Dhabi.

worked flawless. worth to note: If you're an android user and this e-sim somehow does not work once installed, you should check the carrier (=DU). It will work then.

A very eventful and interesting tour, I recommend it to everyone. It was well organized, with no questions or misunderstandings whatsoever. The morning of the tour, the manager messaged us on WhatsApp with the guide's contact information, then the driver himself confirmed the pickup time. Our driver and guide was Usman. He was an excellent guide, very involved in the process. He explained every step of the tour in detail, including where we were going, how long it would be, what would happen at each location, how long we would be there, what was included in the tour price, what we could buy extra, and he kept bringing us fresh, cold water. Usman is also a very good photographer and took amazing photos and videos, giving us tips on where and how to stand to get the best shot and lighting.
