This was a great way to try local and seasonal fruits and ice cream while visiting the markets. Our guide Oscar was very informative and kept the pace casual. I really enjoyed the time we spent at Mr. Sloth Cafe trying and making the different foods, then the demonstration by Eric of the coffee making process.

Learning about the Costa Rica culture and interacting with Costa Ricans warms my heart – I met nothing but good hearted, genuine, people and this tour was a prime example of that – from the tour guide to the folks we met along the way. A nice way to get acclimated to the city.
