I got confused and missed the time and meeting point, but even so, the guide found me and I was able to enjoy the tour. Despite this, I expected to go to the top (summit) because the tour title contained that word and I ONLY BOUGHT THE TICKET FOR THAT REASON. So we were disappointed to only go up to the 2nd floor as we already knew. We were left with a feeling that we bought a pig in a poke, no matter how attentive our guide was (who had nothing to do with this serious problem with the GYG sale).

We had an amazing experience from start to finish, booking was easy via the app, collecting tickets (was a short walk to the office and then back to the tower, but was fine) Our guide was brilliant, I can’t remember her name, (Salema possibly) but a fun bubbly lady, super friendly lady, knew so much, made it fun for the 2 small children in our group too, would highly recommend her tour again

Everything went great, from buying the ticket to the ride to Beauvais Airport. Saved money. We found the parking lot easily based on the description, and there are restrooms in the parking lot. The bus runs on schedule.


