The tour was on time. The Spanish/English guide provided lot of relevant information. While I did not take part in the paid experiences, the leisure time was quite good to explore the villages and cuisine.★

Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍★

What a beautiful experience. Still can’t stop thinking about it. Flying over interlaken was the best part of my 30th, many many thanks to Sebi and Nico. Sebi was my awesome pilot and he was so informative and calming throughout the flight. Definitely coming back and doing it with these folks again!! Also great sense of humor from everyone who works here. Enjoyed the banter.
