I enjoyed the excursion. I was amazed at how El Centro maintained its beauty after all these years. Tlaquepaque is so charming, and we found some fantastic treasures.

The meeting point wasn’t clear and there was a parade so it was loud and difficult to find the guide. The tour of the square was nice but then it was difficult getting to the charreada. Once there it was difficult finding seats. I would have preferred the tour was altered that day to see the parades that were special that day and that the usual tour of the ring was available with planning ahead. The charreada itself was great because the people of Guadalajara who do Charro are the best.

5 stars! We highly recommend this tour! We learned so much! Our tour guide Checo was a true expert on the history of Guadalajara. We loved seeing the Teatro, las Plazas, and enjoyed lunch at the Mercado. The tour included entrance to the art museum. Where our guide explained the symbolism behind the beautiful murals painted by the renowned artist Orozco. Book this tour! You won’t regret!
