The “Welcome Tour” takes you on a walk through the historic old town and the center of Innsbruck. We start on Maria Theresien Straße, Innsbruck's baroque boulevard, now a pedestrian zone and promenade. In the old town we explore the narrow streets of the medieval city and deal with the lives of Innsbruck's citizens then and now. We span the spectrum from the beginning of history to the present. Architecture, city life, history and geography, art and culture. Many topics accompany us on our path.
On this approximately 1-hour tour, you will be looked after by professional, state-certified tour guides - Austria Guides - who will be happy to answer your individual questions and always have a few tips for you so that you can enjoy the city of Innsbruck to the fullest.
The meeting point is the Innsbruck Information counter hall in the center, at Burggraben 3. Please report to your guide 10 minutes before the start of the tour at the table marked with the "city tour" sign for the WELCOME tour.

What's included
Fee for the Tour Guide - Austria Guide is included. During the tour we will visit the Dom of Innsbruck if open to the public, currently the entry is free of charge. If you want to make fotos in the church, you need to purchase a € 1.- foto tickets. Tickets are available within the church.
Except the Dom of Innsbruck, no other inside visits are included in the tour.
