Our visit to Antichi Sapori d'Amalfi Limoncello Experience was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. From the moment we arrived, Vittorio and his wonderful wife Clara made us feel like part of their family. Their warmth, passion, and pride in their craft shine through every part of the experience. Vittorio walked us through the entire limoncello making process, explaining each step with incredible knowledge and enthusiasm. It’s not just a demonstration, it’s an authentic glimpse into a tradition that has been lovingly preserved for generations. And, of course, the limoncello itself was exceptional! Smooth, fragrant, and unlike anything you’ll find in a store. Tasting it after learning how it’s made makes you appreciate it even more. If you’re visiting Amalfi, do not miss this experience. It’s authentic, educational, and so full of heart. Vittorio and Clara have created something truly special...a piece of Amalfi you’ll carry with you long after you’ve left.

Our guide Fulvio was amazing. As one of the leaders in the company, he contacted us the day before our hike to check in with us, which was very helpful. The day of our hike, which was a bluebird day. He was on time and parked very close to our hotel in the historic center of Sorrento.After our gracious introductions, we jumped in his car and drove over the hill to the start of the trail. In hackers term, it was a lollipop trail about 4 1/2 miles long starting and ending in the town of Bomerano. No long treacherous stairs involved. Just beautiful views of the Amalfi coast. At age 69 three weeks after abdominal surgery it was no problem for me. The company provided hiking poles. All in all this was an incredible adventure. A true bucket list item, if you are a hiker, when you’re in the area.

A 4-hour bus ride to spend an hour in Sorrento and an hour in Posantino. It's not specified which trip is which. I tried to select the Pompeii tour and only found out on the day of the excursion that it didn't go there, even though the title says Pompeii - Sorrento - Amalfi. The places are incredible, but it's better to travel to Naples and depart from there.

This day trip leaves from a convenient location in Sorrento - the perfect place to stay. Our tour guide, Micheline, was wonderful. From the moment we gathered together until we were dropped off at the end of the day, she will make sure your day is filled with fun, information, and excellent care. We loved visiting the three towns and having the freedom to make our own itinerary. Micheline was always giving many suggestions and available for any questions. You’ll have plenty of time in each town to explore, eat, and/or relax. We loved the churches and all the gorgeous views from the little paths in each town. The limoncello ice in Positano was a delightful treat after climbing up the city steps. The gelato in Ravello was a perfect end to our day. And you’ll return to Sorrento with plenty of time to enjoy a lovely dinner and night. We couldn’t recommend this tour, or Micheline, more.


