This tour is the best I have during my cruise ship trip. The mini van is clean and comfortable. The owner Richard picked up us at the cruise ship port on time. He is very nice, honor and knowledgeable person. He give us many information about the island during the tour. The Fanal Forest and the view points he brought us to are very beautiful. He also brought us to a local shop to have a ice cream. I highly recommend this tour.★

The guide and driver were wonderful, so friendly and full of information and enthusiasm. The views were spectacular. I had been a bit worried as I’m not a huge fan of heights but there were railings provided and the climb was definitely worth it!★

We had a really good time during our trip. Richard was very welcoming and explained a lot of Madeira historical facts. The weather was trick with all seasons during the day but it was fantastic anyway. He showed us very nice spots. In addition, we also did 2 days before with him the south part of the island and it was fantastic. Both tours were worth it and I recommend 100%.
