Reviews: City Tour Barcelona: 24-Hr or 48-Hr Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour
Guest User2026-01-04
The Hop-On Hop-Off tour was a wonderful way to explore the city. The buses allow you to choose your own schedule and routes, which is very convenient. During the trip, an audio guide shares interesting facts about the sights, making the journey engaging and educational. The seats are comfortable, and you can choose between an open-air or enclosed deck. Overall, the tour left a positive impression and proved to be a great way to see the city's main attractions. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the city in a convenient format!

Reviews: Montserrat Monastery Half Day Experience from Barcelona
Guest User2026-01-10
What a wonderful tour! It was so easy to book online and our guide, Miro, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and so fun! The departure point was easy to get to and we were all greeted warmly as we checked in (@ 8:30a). Our half-day tour (5 hours total) consisted of 22 people, which was the perfect size in my opinion. We left Barcelona on a bus, which was clean & comfortable. As we made the 60-ish minute trip to Montserrat, Miro delighted us with Barcelona’s history & pointed out key sights along the way. I learned so much. Once we arrived, we toured the site together for a bit, with Miro imparting more history & facts, and the Basilica filled me with awe when we entered. Every area was truly beautiful. Hearing the story of the monastery and the Black Madonna made me appreciate it more. After we finished visiting the church, we had free time to explore. There’s a funicular (17.5 € roundtrip) that takes you to several trails that have wide paths, with some steep areas, but the views are worth it. There’s a trail to a cross, an art museum, commercial area where local food artisans sell delicious treats, a gift shop, cafeteria with food & drinks, and more. There was so much more to see & do than I expected that I wished we had booked the day-long tour. On our bus ride home, we got more history, legends & fun facts (old & new). Miro really has a gift for storytelling which made everything very interesting! I highly recommend this tour. Such a wonderful experience.
