The line provides direct access to the Ueno and Nippori areas, making it ideal for travelers staying in these regions.
If your accommodation is not near Ueno or Nippori, you don't need to transfer on this line; you can directly use the subway.

Skyline's airport transfers are incredibly convenient and fast, and having a round-trip ticket makes traveling much more worry-free. Additionally, the 72-hour Metro Ticket Pass makes getting around central Tokyo much easier. No need to worry about topping up your Suica card, making travel even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tokyo.★
