After purchasing through Trip.com, you will need to exchange your ticket for a paper one at a tourist information center in Cologne. If you go to the information center located very close to Cologne Central Station, they will exchange it for a paper ticket and ask you to fill in your name and start date yourself. They will also explain that you should have the ticket stamped by a machine the first time you board a train or bus.

Reviews: Eurail German Train Pass [Official Agent/Free for Children/Issuance of Tickets Immediately/Travel in Germany/No Limit on the Number of Rides]
Guest User2026-01-04
I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.

Highly recommended. Michael is very friendly and conveyed a wealth of knowledge in far too short a time. Absolutely fantastic. I'd love to do it again soon. There are certainly many more places to discover that we didn't see. Thanks for the great tour.

Reviews: Cologne: Chocolate Museum Entrance Ticket
Guest User2026-04-18
The museum is really interesting and well worth a visit. Plus, there's chocolate to be had. The cafe inside was also lovely and the food, even of the non-chocolate variety, lol, was delicious.
