Excellent tour, I loved everything. The only unpleasant thing was that after the hot springs, they took me to Karen Village, which wasn't on the itinerary, and asked me to pay a 300 baht entrance fee. Everything else was on the itinerary and there were no extra charges. Meals were free at the buffet.★

The vehicle was a Toyota van. The tour accommodated 12 passengers, plus the guide and driver, for a total of 14 people. I participated alone, but the others were in groups of two or more. I've traveled to Chiang Mai several times, but I'd always wanted to visit Chiang Rai. This time, I saw an affordable tour from Trip.com and immediately signed up. Chiang Rai is about 190km from Chiang Mai on regular roads, which is quite a long way. The road passes through mountainous areas, with many curves and I almost got carsick, but I managed to get there. While road widening work is being done along the way, many narrow sections mean that this tour may not be recommended for those who are not comfortable with long car rides. Nearly 70% of the tour was the round-trip time, including breaks. The guide used AI to efficiently navigate each spot, making sightseeing at each one a smooth experience. The tour included entrance fees and lunch, making it a great value. I recommend it for those looking for an efficient trip to Chiang Rai. For lunch, we had a Thai buffet at a restaurant near White Temple. The hotel pick-up service in the morning is also very convenient.★

The tour guide and driver were both very responsible, and overall it was a very fulfilling trip. The buffet lunch was also quite good. However, the section from the Black Temple to the Golden Triangle is really far. Taking a boat trip plus some free time to explore before heading back takes a total of three hours. It didn't rain or get congested that day, and the driver was even driving quite fast. We set off at 7:30 in the morning and didn't get back to Chiang Mai city until 10 pm. I suggest that tourists planning this trip arrange their subsequent itinerary in advance.★

Everything was great, except for the pickup and drop-off. Because our hotel was a kilometer from the Old Town, we had to leave at 7 a.m. to go to another location, which was problematic. Otherwise, the tour was good.★

It was quite interesting. I'd been to the Singapore Night Safari before, and it felt similar to the one in Chiang Mai. The day trip was well-planned; we left at 3 pm, arriving at the zoo during the day, allowing us to watch the animal shows or simply walk around the zoo to see the animals. After dark, we took a drive-through to see the nocturnal animals. The herbivores were viewed from the drive-through during the day, and we could interact with the giraffes and hippos. Be sure to buy food to feed the animals!
