Excellent trout organization and very friendly staff. While it was a pity that the Waitomo Cave tour was canceled due to bad weather and flooding, the Hobbiton village experience was amazing.

Thanks the helpful customer service arrangements!! Amazing experience!!!!!! The guild was helpful!! Introduce those workshops, environment and the kiwi to us! The view of the buffet is awesome!! We saw the daytime view also the night time view during the dinner time! Also the show is wonderful!!

Everything was great. Our guide Simon is friendly and informative. I was travelling alone and he made sure I felt like part of the group. The glow gorm cave was good but I was expecting more glow worms. unfortunately, because of global warming they are in danger. The Rotorua Te Puia tour was my favourite. I love learning about the people who do the wonderful cravings. The hot springs was amazing and the kiwi bird are cute.

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away. Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.


