Our tour began at the Roman Forum before heading to the Colosseum. Our first guide, Alessandro, was pleasant and spoke clearly, though we had some early headset issues. When we mentioned we couldn’t hear him, his response was, “Relax, this isn’t my first time,” which wasn’t exactly reassuring. It might’ve been a headset or channel issue, but it wasn’t acknowledged. In all fairness, our group was a bit quiet, and although he tried to engage us with pop quizzes, I would’ve preferred simply listening and soaking up the history. The Forum is such an expansive and fascinating site—it felt like we only had time to scratch the surface.
The Colosseum portion, however, was fantastic! Our second guide was incredibly knowledgeable, with over 13 years of experience and academic background in the subject. I don’t recall her name but included a picture of her. Her pacing was perfect, her explanations clear, and she vividly brought the Colosseum’s long history and multiple uses to life. Thoughtful, thorough, and efficient — she made the experience memorable.★

What a wonderful tour! Everything from the booking, meeting point, tour was so easy. Our guide was wonderful. The tour was very informative and interesting. I would recommend using *** for any trip you have planned. I will be using them in future!
