Did not see any whales. Weather was bad. Not the fault of the boat! The crew were fantastic. Intolerable were a specific nationality from Asia. Loud, ill-mannered and intolerable. Throwing their sick bags on the floor. Never-ending loud- mouthed talk. When the guide or crew were speaking and explaining about whales or safety, these people continued talking throughout, so those who were interested in listening, could not hear anything. Really very difficult. There are hundreds of them. Maybe the company could have a Chinese recording to tell them to respect other people on board and to be mindful and speak softly, if they have to talk for 08 hours!!★

Unfortunately we did not see the northern lights on the night we went out. However due to the second chance guarantee we were able to go again. We had the confirmation that we could go out again within 5 minutes of returning. We went out the next night and saw the lights. The guides are so friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions. The trip offers free tea and coffee and has other drinks and snacks for purchase. This boat option was so much better for us than a mini bus as there was so much space, you could move around easily and rest rooms. We would highly recommend this tour and would look to book again should we go back.
