We arrived around 14:00, there were very long queues. They definitely communicate with you as soon as you book and explain where they'll meet you. Just be mindful it's not just outside the gate when elyou exit the aircraft like other places. Overall we didn't wait long at immigration, however we did wait forever for our luggage which might be counterintuitive. However, if you want to skip the queues and wait for your luggage, then this is for you.★

Our flight arrived around noon. There were a lot of flights landing at that time, so we booked a fast-track flight. Upon arrival, someone paged our names and took us to immigration. It was incredibly quick; we were through immigration in less than 10 minutes.★

The transportation from Hanoi to my hotel in Cat Ba was well organized. Everything was taken care of. The transfer from bus to boat to bus went very smoothly, and we didn’t have to wait at all. The drivers were professional, and the guide was kind and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience.★

Bus going to sapa from the airport. There has a delay time during my trip, almost 1hr, but the operator is kind enough to update me every now and then
