We had such a wonderful and memorable experience with Apollo Star Cruise!
Everything was very well organized, and the itinerary followed the schedule perfectly. The facilities were excellent, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our trip.
A special thank you to our tour guide, who was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and enthusiastic. He explained every activity clearly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
We were truly satisfied with the service and had such a great time from beginning to end.
And a very special thank you to our tour leader, Tommy, who took such good care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciate your kindness, energy, and excellent service!

Had a great cooking class with Hailey. We did a little „market“ stroll which was more of a walk in the direct neighbourhood to get the needed ingridients for the dinner. Cooking Class was super and we prepared five meals. Hailey did an exceptional job describing the meals, ingridients and cooking steps. Much recommended experience★

The overall itinerary was fairly reasonable and well-organized. However, there were two temples in the first part, but we only visited one; the tour guide said they were similar. The boat trip in Chang'an was beautiful, and the final mountain climb was also decent, with plenty of time allotted. Oh, and lunch wasn't great; I just ate a little bit.★

Ha Long Bay truly lives up to its World Natural Heritage status. Cruising among nearly two thousand limestone islands on a boat trip feels like traveling through Guilin on the sea. We saw Fighting Cock Rock, Thien Cung Cave, and Surprise Cave. The tour guide spoke fluent Mandarin, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The seafood lunch on board was even better than we expected. They also arranged kayaking, allowing us to get up close to the islands and see the caves – a fantastic experience! The entire process, from departure to boarding, was handled smoothly and efficiently, without any queues. The scenery was well worth the price of admission – five-star recommendation!★

The staff kept me informed via WhatsApp from the day before departure, so I had no worries until departure.
The tour was packed with activities including cycling, a visit to Bai Dinh Temple (pagoda), lunch, a Trang An boat cruise, and a hike to Mua Caves (the "Stairs of Hell"), making it a very fulfilling experience (the tour structure can be customized according to your preferences). Lunch was a buffet style with a wide variety of delicious food.
Our guide, Tom, spoke in clear and easy-to-understand English, so even though I'm not fluent in English, I was able to understand most of it. He also answered my questions about the temple carefully using a translation app, which I found very helpful.
Thanks to the well-structured tour and the guide's high skill level, I had a very enjoyable day.
If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that although the bus had VIP-style leather individual seats with massage functions, the legroom felt a little cramped. A little more space between seats would make long journeys more comfortable.★

Ruby's customer service was very prompt in their notifications, and the itinerary was described in great detail.
The cruise segment was well-organized, and the local Vietnamese guide was very responsible, creating a lively atmosphere, and communicating in English was seamless. The buffet lunch was relatively good, and the day trip covered most of the famous attractions. Halong Bay is truly beautiful and well worth seeing.
