I recently had the pleasure of exploring Sun Island Snow Sculpture Festival and Harbin Ice and Snow World with Tour Guide's SERA and I must say, it was unforgettable experience! SERA was not only knowledgeable about the history, ice sculptures done by which countries but also passionate on their insights. From the stunning ice sculptures at the Sun Island Snow Sculptures Festival to the Harbin Ice and Snow World to the beautiful architecture and stunning ice sculptures, Sera brought every attraction to life with their vivid descriptions and anecdotes. What impressed me most was SERA attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine concern for our comfort and enjoyment. Sera went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and memorable experience.
