Open all year from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the park clearing time at 6:00 PM. The Song of Everlasting Sorrow performance begins after Huaqing Palace closes (please refer to the actual time slot on the day of the performance). At that time, other parts of the Huaqing Palace attraction, except for the Song of Everlasting Sorrow performance area, will not be accessible.
Preferential Policy
Children: Free for those 1.2m (inclusive) or shorter, or under 6 years old (exclusive). Half price for those over 1.2m (exclusive) or aged 6 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive) with valid ID.
Seniors 65 years old and over with a valid ID enter for free.
Military personnel: Active duty military personnel, disabled military personnel, and retired military officers are free with valid ID.
Fire and rescue personnel: Fire and rescue personnel (including retired) are free with valid ID.
Experts and model workers: Those who enjoy special state allowances or have made outstanding contributions at the provincial level or above can enter for free by presenting their original honorary certificate and ID card.
Visitors with disabilities: Visitors with disabilities presenting a valid ID, and severely disabled visitors with a disability level of Grade 2 or higher are eligible for free admission for one accompanying person's first admission ticket.
Military family concession: Spouses and minor children under 18 of active-duty service members can enter for free by presenting valid IDs such as marriage certificates and household registration (hukou).
Three types of personnel: martyrs, military personnel who died in the line of duty, and family members of military personnel who died of illness can enter for free with a valid ID.
Guide: Free for guides with tour guide ID and group tour itinerary
Veterans: 50% off with valid ID
Police officers: Free admission with valid police ID card
Students: Full-time undergraduate students and below with valid school-registered student ID cards; youth tourists from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan with valid identification such as Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or student ID cards; international students with student ID cards from schools in China are eligible for discounts.
