• Child tickets must be booked together with adult tickets.

• Do not feed marine animals, walk on coral, or engage in any behavior that harms the marine ecosystem.
• Please note that if the experience day coincides with high tide, the cruise will not be able to pass under the low bridges in the city. In this case, the itinerary route will be adjusted, and the experience duration may also be shortened accordingly.
• Intoxicated guests may be denied entry without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the activity start time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
