My husband an I ended up having a private tour, as we were the only ones because it was a rainy day. Janinha was on time. She was very enthusiastic and professional regardless of the weather. She knew a lot about Art Deco style and the history of the area and some celebrities. We visited some of the buildings in the inside and she recommended us some places to visit for happy hour.
