The park is called Hongyan Park because of the large red rocks of different shapes in the park. There is also a circular open-air stage formed by red rocks in the park. The red giant rocks on both sides of the theater are 250 million years old, and the curvature of the rocks is natural. . Well-known bands such as The Beatles, Coldplay, U2 and other bands have all performed here. If you happen to be here when there is a concert being held, you might as well buy a ticket to listen to one. Only 16% of the mountain was open, but it didn’t stop us from two extremely full days of enjoying new terrain. It was great not dealing with lines, crowds and the other inevitable parts of the busier parts of ski season. Will have to come back to hit the famous back bowls, but enjoyable nonetheless.
