I booked a London Eye tour for my client, and the entire experience was excellent. The queue (including priority ticket renewal) moved quickly, and the staff were professional and polite. The area was convenient for providing explanations before entering. Client feedback was positive; the views overlook Big Ben and the South Bank were breathtaking, the pace was moderate, and it was easy to take photos.
