It was wholesome for me to see the countryside of Ethiopia. I got picked up in the hotel in the morning and we had a scenic drive to the monastery. It was very interesting, ladies have to cover up their hair, if you don’t have a scarf they sell one to you. The architecture and the stained glass that carries history was amazing!!! There were also a few rules to determine if you can enter the monastery. And we went to the Portuguese brigde. It was low season so the waterfall didn’t have much water but the views are to die for! So gorgeous. Had lunch at a local place and came back to the hotel. I was well taken care of by Tomas and Gabru.

The mountain trip with Tevan was great. Everything was very well organized. Tevan took care of every detail, he was a great tour guide with a lot of experience, knowledge and humor. I wholeheartedly recommend trips with Tevan.

This tour offers great value for money for someone who wants to get a quick look into the sprawling city of Addis Ababa. Guide Lamesgn did a really good job in providing a great memorable experience. It started from a few days before the tour itself where he reached out to confirm the details of time and pick up for the start of the tour. Reconfirming again on the day of the tour and adding some flexibility to match my present location. As the tour started Lamesgn explained a whole bit of the history of Ethiopia and how it related to the places we were going to visit on that day. The drive to the first stop, Entoto Hill, was comfortable and safe. During the second stop at the busy Mercato market again the guide made sure I got to see what I wanted and catch some photo opportunities. Before they safety took me back to the hotel we stopped for a very tasty and satisfying lunch of traditional Ethiopian food and a strong cup of coffee. Many thanks for the professionalism hospitality!
