A wonderful travel experience, especially with our guide Aiko-san, who was incredibly attentive and considerate. She led the group well and explained the stories behind each attraction, making the whole trip exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. It was a very convenient tour group. The tour guide was a very nice and energetic young man from Shandong.
The whole trip was a little tiring because there was hiking and the pace at each attraction was a bit rushed.
But everything was still quite convenient. Thank you to the tour guide, you worked so hard!★

A convenient, fulfilling, affordable, and unforgettable Miyazaki day trip, especially memorable was the dedication of our guide, Chen Yun, who was both humorous and responsible in introducing and providing services. We highly recommend this tour for those planning a self-guided trip to Fukuoka; including lunch makes it exceptionally good value. No misleading photos!★

Buses are generally comfortable and spacious, much better than crowded trains in most situations. The ability to use e-tickets across days is a major advantage, perfect for trips where you can spend two days exploring before returning, making it easier to recoup your investment. However, during large events, network congestion can cause issues like being unable to access the interface. In my case, it was my network problem; it took a long time for the text to load. After explaining to the driver, I was able to get off successfully. Booking reserved seats across cities online is also convenient; you can simply pick up your ticket at the counter in advance.★

I highly recommend this excursion: the volcano is an absolute must-see, especially when it's active, with several viewing areas. There are three different viewpoints. Excellent value for money. Comfortable bus with very professional staff.
