We decided to book a Red Line tour the day before our trip. Local travel agencies were generally quite expensive, but we were surprised to find much better deals on Ctrip! We immediately contacted Ctrip's customer service to connect us with the travel agency. They responded quickly; initially, we thought it would be difficult to contact them without WhatsApp, but they had a dedicated WeChat account to reach us. They quickly sent a friend request after we placed our order and informed us of the hotel pick-up time on the day of our trip. On the day of our trip, the vehicle arrived on time. There were four of us traveling, and we were all very glad we booked a tour. Public transportation in Cappadocia isn't as developed as in Istanbul, so the tour bus took us directly to all the major attractions. The guide provided commentary entirely in English, which was very convenient. They also allowed ample time for photos and visits at each attraction, and we could rest on the bus if we felt tired. For lunch, we returned to Göreme and were pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant we ate at was the one we had wanted to try while casually strolling around the day before! They had kebabs, so it was definitely worth it! I rarely write reviews on Ctrip, but I highly recommend signing up for this day trip. It was a very fulfilling day. Although there were two shopping stops, the format was novel and not boring at all. They dropped us off at the hotel around 5:00 PM, and after a short rest, we could go out to watch the sunset and have dinner. The timing was very well-planned! I recommend it again!

The transfer went perfectly! I want to express my sincere gratitude to the company for their high level of service. We had a problem with a delayed flight to Nevsehir, and instead of the scheduled 9 a.m. arrival, we were only able to get on an evening flight. I contacted the company via messenger, and they responded promptly, assuring me not to worry and that they would meet us at any time convenient for us. This was truly reassuring. The trip was comfortable and left only positive impressions. I highly recommend them!

My partner and I had an unforgettable day on the Cappadocia Red Tour! Everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pick-up to the final drop-off. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made every stop interesting with fascinating stories about the history and culture of Cappadocia. We visited breathtaking places like Göreme Open Air Museum, Paşabağ, Devrent Valley, and Uçhisar, and there was plenty of time to enjoy the views and take beautiful photos together. The lunch was delicious, and the transportation was very comfortable. This tour exceeded all our expectations and became one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend it to every couple visiting Cappadocia. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories—we would definitely book again!
