I activated the SIM card back in my home country. Upon arrival in Georgia, I turned it on and enabled roaming on the SIM card. The network wasn't working, and I thought that was odd. It works in a lot of countries, the price isn't anything amazing especially depending where you are traveling but it is convenient. I would recommend getting 1gb per day and be prepared that the coverage isn't great.★
