Many reviews said they received emails from the driver the day before, but I didn't receive one, so I was a little worried before I left. Contrary to my worries, I easily found my name at the meeting point listed in the product description, and I was able to walk to the vehicle without any issues. However, I was a little disappointed that I had to wait about 10 minutes for the vehicle. Still, I'd definitely use it again.
