We had accommodations in Seminyak, so we booked an early morning pickup. Driver Pak Putu arrived right on time. I fell asleep in the car and woke up at base camp. It was a bit chilly, so we rented a blanket for 50,000 rupees. If you're hesitant about renting one, dress warmly. Our jeep driver, Ery, took great pictures and waited for us while we enjoyed delicious toast and coffee. While you're in Bali, make sure to get some great photos!★

Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. He didn’t mind working overtime, added a stop to a local coffee plantation to our itinerary which was lovely. We highly recommend Mr. Sandi!!★

This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.★

It was such a wonderful service that I wish the whole world had this system. I used it both days of my two-day stay. The guides on the first and second days were different. The guide on the first day was a licensed guide, while the guide on the second day was not. A licensed guide is definitely better. 1. They spoke Japanese well. Fluent. The guide on the second day was good at listening but not so good at answering. But being able to communicate in Japanese reduces stress. 2. Naturally, they were knowledgeable about the island. The guide on the first day gave detailed information about the festival and sightseeing etiquette. Both of them provided local information that changes daily, and when I asked for lunch, they took me to a nice restaurant. 3. The price was clear and explained. 4. It was okay to communicate in advance in Japanese. We communicated in Roman letters. The only downside was that departure from the hotel was the only option. To have them pick you up at the airport, do some sightseeing, and then drop you off at the hotel, just write "Please pick me up at the airport" in Roman letters in the comments section.★

Excellent excursion, very beautiful views. We met the sunrise. One driver picked us up from the hotel in a comfortable car. Then we were transferred to a jeep, given a blanket for warmth. The driver, who is also a photographer, Koko, was very kind, took many beautiful photos for which he deserves special thanks. We were fed breakfast and coffee. After sunrise, we went to the black lava, which was formed as a result of the eruption of the Batur volcano in 1963.
