Westport - Did some research and decide to give it a go, Oscar our guide did a fine job. Oscar gave good information, a few jokes, and the last bit back into the harbor played Irish music. The boat is not huge so book ahead to confirm your spot; there were a few disappointed folks who tried to purchase at the dock. It’s a leisurely pace - NO sea sickness, breezy up on top deck but fantastic views. I’m certain our photos can’t do it justice. I’m f you’re in Westport you really should include the Clew Bay cruise.

What an amazing tour!! Seeing the beautiful Connemara countryside, Kylemore Abbey, and the village of Cong was an unforgettable experience. Our driver Mike was so informative and entertaining. It felt like we were part of the community on this tour. I would highly recommend this to to others wanting to experience the beauty of Ireland. Remember to bring cash/Euros on this tour! The driver of your tour gets a discounted rate for you to see Kylemore Abbey, that is NOT included in your ticket. It is definitely worth it.

My family and I had a great time on this tour with Mike who was an excellent driver! We learned a lot about Connemara and got to stop at several very cool locations. We even got to feed some sheep! We decided to do the hike and it was very scenic. We had time for a leisurely lunch at the café in the national park as well. It was a great way to hike in Ireland without having to drive out to the national park yourself, especially because my family and I did not have a car. It was a great day, I highly recommend!
